When will I get my order?
Please allow up to 2-3 business days for packaging and fulfillment and 3-5 business days for shipping. (A total of 5-8 business days from when you place your order to when you receive it.) Once we give your package to USPS, it is out of our hands. If you believe your package has gone missing, please file a claim with USPS.
For made-to-order pairs, please allow up to 2 weeks to make and ship the earrings.
Returns & Exchanges.
We are happy to work with you on returns and exchanges. To return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days after you receive your package. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, and the customer must pay any return shipping costs.
Cancelling Orders
The last thing we want is for you to regret your purchase! If you would like to cancel your order, please be sure to contact us within 2 hours of your purchase.
Care Instructions
To ensure the best care for your earrings, it's best to avoid contact with makeup, hair products and perfume as it may stain the jewelry. Store them in a cool, dry box/jewelry stand to prevent scratches or breakage.
If your jewelry gets dirty, gently wipe with a damp cloth and warm water. For white clay, use a cotton swab with acetone or isopropyl alcohol.
